My name is Ann O'Sullivan. I am a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the B.A.C.P. (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
The website provides information about me, about counselling and how I work, which I hope you will find helpful.
I have experience of working with adults, both long term and short term, within the NHS and working with young people. I work with a wide range of psychological and emotional distress. This includes difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, post traumatic stress, relationship difficulties, abuse, eating disorders and sex related issues.
